Michael “Mick” Howell
In 1980, I started my career in construction with Sam & Son Contracting. Sam Rice and his son David owned the company. Everything pertaining to new home construction they did themselves, from site work to handing the keys to new homeowners. For over six years I learned all the trades to build new homes and remodel older one.
In 1986 I started a California based general contracting company, Cornerstone Construction License #501444B
My company and employees continued doing business for over 20 years. The high standards of quality and ethics I learned from Sam and David, helped us serve thousands of customers and clients we worked for.
